The Intel NUC 12 Extreme (Dragon Canyon) pushed modular engineering by hosting a socketed 12th Gen Intel Core i9 desktop CPU within its 8-liter Compute Element chassis. Accommodating a full-length 12-inch discrete graphics card with PCIe 5.0 and 10GbE networking, it was a beastly LAN-party battlestation.
