Released in February 2000, the Palm IIIxe doubled the IIIx’s RAM from 4 MB to 8 MB. This grayscale Palm OS 3.5 PDA uses Graffiti handwriting input and supports infrared beaming and serial HotSync for contacts, calendars, and notes. It runs on two AAA batteries.
