Introduced in 2023, the Pentax K-3 Mark III Monochrome is the world's first APS-C DSLR designed exclusively for black-and-white photography. By omitting the Bayer color filter array from its 25.73MP sensor, it captured raw luminance data with crisp tonal gradations through a 1.05x optical viewfinder.
