The Palm IIIc marked a historic transition by becoming the very first Palm device to feature an active-matrix 256-color TFT display. Housing an internal rechargeable battery, 8MB of memory, and a 20MHz DragonBall processor, it brought vibrant color maps and software into the Palm OS universe.
