The story of this device
Affectionately dubbed 'Jasupin' in Japan, the Konica C35 AF made history as the world's first commercially mass-produced autofocus camera. Harnessing Honeywell's Visitronic passive AF module and a sharp 38mm f/2.8 Hexanon lens, it permanently altered photography by automating focus.
