Conceived by master designer Yoshihisa Maitani, the Olympus XA featured an iconic sliding clamshell cover that eliminated external lens caps. Packing a sharp 35mm f/2.8 lens and a true rangefinder into a smooth pocketable capsule, it redefined everyday street shooting.
