The Late 2014 Mac mini updated Apple's compact desktop with 4th-generation Intel Haswell processors and dual 20Gbps Thunderbolt 2 ports. Integrating tri-stream 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Intel Iris Graphics while drawing under 6 watts at idle, it served as an extraordinarily power-efficient compact hub.
