계정 삭제
앱에서 삭제하는 방법
기즈모리를 연 뒤 설정 → 계정 삭제를 선택합니다. 로그인한 상태에서만 이 항목이 보입니다. 확인을 두 번 거치면 서버 쪽 계정 데이터가 바로 삭제됩니다. 이 작업은 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
서버에서 지워지는 것

스토리 사진 파일은 계정 삭제에 이어서 차례로 지워집니다.
서버에 남는 것
다음 기록은 삭제되지 않고 남습니다. 내 계정과 이어지는 정보는 지워지고, 신고·처리 내용만 운영 기록으로 남습니다.
- 내가 한 신고 기록 — 신고자 정보 없이 남습니다.
- 다른 사람이 내 글을 신고한 기록 — 내 계정과 이어지는 정보 없이 남습니다.
- 운영 조치 기록 — 대상 사용자 정보 없이 남습니다.
남는 기록의 자세한 범위는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
기기에 남는 것
모바일 앱에서는 이 기기의 연대기 기록(기기·사진·스토리)이 앱에 그대로 남아, 계정을 삭제한 뒤에도 계속 볼 수 있습니다. 웹에서 계정을 삭제하면 그 브라우저의 기록은 더 이상 보이지 않으니, 삭제하기 전에 먼저 백업을 내보내 두세요. 기록까지 지우려면 앱에서 기록 초기화를 하거나, 앱을 삭제하세요.
구독 중이라면
연간 이용권처럼 스토어에서 결제한 구독은 계정을 삭제해도 해지되지 않습니다. App Store나 Google Play에서 따로 해지해 주세요.
앱을 열 수 없을 때
계정에 쓰인 것과 같은 주소에서 hello@gizmory.app으로 메일을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 서버 데이터를 삭제합니다.
웨이트리스트만 신청한 경우
계정이 없고 출시 알림 이메일만 남긴 경우에는, 그 주소에서 hello@gizmory.app으로 “웨이트리스트 삭제”를 요청하면 해당 행을 지웁니다.

Open Gizmory → Settings → Delete account (you must be signed in). After two confirmations, your data on our server is deleted right away. This can't be undone.
Deleted from the server: your account (sign-in identity); reviews; stories and story photos; Lounge posts and replies, including other people's replies to your posts; comments and likes on news, notices and stories, including other people's on yours; your community profile, handle and public device shelf; device registration stats; usage statistics linked to your account (visits, activity, first record, shares, sign-up platform); your record sync copy; cloud backup; catalog requests; app feedback; Pro and purchase records; push notification registrations; your block list; and any waitlist row with the same email. Story photo files are removed right after, in the background.
Kept on the server: reports you made, reports others made about your posts, and moderation action records. Whatever ties them to your account is removed, and only the report or action details stay. Reports you made have no reporter attached, and moderation records have no target user attached. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Kept on your device: in the mobile app, your timeline on this device (devices, photos, stories) stays in the app, and you can keep viewing it after the account is deleted. On the web, deleting your account hides that browser's records, so export a backup first. To erase the records too, use Reset records in the app or uninstall it.
Subscriptions: deleting your account doesn't cancel a store subscription such as the annual plan. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
If you cannot open the app, email hello@gizmory.app from the same address. Waitlist-only users can email that address to remove the signup.
